1. The service

REFRACTZIP provides web-based conversion and optimization of images, videos, audio and PDFs. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account and eligibility

Accounts are created via email, without a password, using an access code. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email. The service is not intended for minors without parental consent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights, or to use the service to overload, attack or circumvent system limits. We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Free and PRO plans

A free plan is available with a monthly conversion limit, and a paid PRO plan with higher limits and additional features. Prices and conditions are shown on the plans screen and may change with notice.

5. Your files

The files you upload are yours. We only process them to deliver the requested conversion and delete them automatically after processing. We claim no ownership over your content.

6. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Keep copies of your original files.
