1. Who is the controller

2. What data we collect

We collect: (a) your email address, when you create an account; (b) your IP address, for quota control and abuse prevention; (c) the files you upload for conversion, on a transient basis; (d) the content of messages you send us via the contact form. We do not collect sensitive data or use third-party tracking.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to operate the service, maintain your account, enforce usage limits and prevent abuse. Legal bases: LGPD (Art. 7) — contract performance and legitimate interest; GDPR (Art. 6) — points (b) contract performance and (f) legitimate interest; CCPA/CPRA — we collect the categories above for legitimate business purposes described in this policy.

4. How long we retain data

Uploaded files are automatically deleted within 6 hours of conversion. The IP used for quota is discarded daily. Contact messages are retained for up to 12 months. Account data remains while the account exists; upon deletion, it is removed.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export and delete your data. Under LGPD (Art. 18), GDPR (Arts. 15 to 22) and CCPA, you have the right of access, portability, erasure and objection. If you have an account, you can download your data and delete the account yourself; for other cases, write to the Officer. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

6. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies (login session and language preference). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.

7. International transfers

Our servers may be located outside Brazil and the European Union. When this occurs, we adopt measures to protect your data in accordance with LGPD (Art. 33) and GDPR (Chapter V).
